SPD 由SPD来设定 SDRAM Timing Control 为自动侦测. (默认值)
Manual 设定 SDRAM Timing Control 为手动.
CAS Latency Time(SDRAM CAS 延迟时间 )
2 设定 SDRAM CAS Latency 为 2.
3 设定 SDRAM CAS Latency 为 3. (默认值)
Active to Precharge Delay
5 设定active to Precharge delay timing is 5 clk.
6 设定active to Precharge delay timing is 6 clk.(默认值)
7 设定active to Precharge delay timing is 7 clk.
SDRAM RAS-to-CAS Delay
3 适用于67 / 83 MHz SDRAM DIMM内存模块.(默认值)
2 适用于100 MHz SDRAM DIMM内存模块.
SDRAM RAS Precharge Time

Refresh Mode Select

ECC 设定DRAM Data Integrity Mode by ECC.

Disabled 关闭DRAM Read Thermal Mgme . (默认值)
Enabled 启动 DRAM Read Thermal Mgme.
Delayed Transaction(延迟讯号交易 )
Disabled 正常运作.
Enabled 用于系统中较慢的ISA装置.(默认值)
AGP Graphics Aperture Size
32 MB 设定AGP Graphics Aperture Size 为 32MB.
